• Insert the USB flash drive into the USB port on the back of the PageWide device. The USB port is located next to the Ethernet port.
  • From the front panel of the PageWide device, navigate to Support Tools , then Troubleshooting .
  • In the Troubleshooting menu, select Report a Problem .
  • In the Report a Problem menu, select Generate Debug Data , then OK , and then OK again, which returns you back to the Report a Problem menu.
  • Next, select Retrieve Data and wait until the Data Retrieved message is shown on the front panel.
  • Remove the USB flash drive from the USB port on the PageWide device
