1.From the Home screen on the control panel, scroll to and touch the Device Maintenance button.
2. Scroll to and touch the Service menu.
3. On the sign-in screen, select the Service Access Code option from the drop-down list.
4. Enter the following service access code for this printer:
5. Scroll to and touch the Cycle Counts item.
6. Reset the following items: • Document Feeder Kit Count; set to zero • Clean Rollers Count
