Enable SNMP v1/v2 read-write access

To solve the 'Error Receiving Data' message, enable SNMP v1/v2 read-write access in the Embedded Web Server (EWS).

  1. Open the device’s Embedded Web Server.

  2. Log in using the Administrator password.

  3. Select the Networking tab.

  4. Select Mgmt. Protocols from the left pane.

  5. Select the SNMP tab in the right pane.

  6. Select the Enable SNMP v1/v2 read-write access option.

  7. Click Apply to save the changes.
